We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and understand that sometimes things aren’t what you expect or just don’t fit. We are happy to accept returns on all unworn apparel within 30 days from the date of purchase in exchange for a store credit. 

Item(s) must be in brand new condition with all price tags and branding stickers in place.

How To Return Or Exchange A Change Of Mind Purchase


To return a change of mind item, please email ask@hiddenvisionsco.com with details of your return request.

Once your request has been approved you will receive the return address and further instructions to complete your return. Hidden Visions reserves the right to inspect all items before accepting the return. Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed.

Please ensure items are packaged carefully and our return address and contact details are clearly labelled. You will be responsible for We highly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information as we do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

*Please note there are no returns or exchanges on limited release or sale items for change of mind purchases. All sales are final.
**A 10% restocking fee applies for all returns.
 

How To Return A Faulty/Wrongly Described Item

On the rare occasion you receive goods that have a manufacturing fault or are wrongly described we will endeavour to ensure that you get what you paid for or are compensated in some way. Should you receive an item that is faulty or wrongly described, Hidden Visions will cover the cost to return the item and issue a full refund or exchange.

Although a lot of care is made with the production and design of our products, we always want you to be happy with your purchase.

To return a faulty/wrongly described item, please email ask@hiddenvisionsco.com with details of your return request and photos of the fault.

Any unclear photos and/or a proof of purchase that does not clearly show the date and the location of purchase will not be accepted.

*Please note that not all issues are faults of the product. Some instances can be caused by general usage of the product or if the product has not been handled in accordance with the care instructions - and as a result, may not be determined as faulty.
